My Background:

I hold certifications in life coaching and stress management consulting, and direct AHA Today Life Coaching Services. My primary focus is to assist clients in the process of awakening to their authentic self for the purpose of realizing happiness.

I am a graduate of the LifeWorks School of Coaching (LCC), Ashland Theological Seminary (MA), and the American Institute of Holistic Theology (DD). My studies have focused on the holistic well being of humanity.
